Overview

ApexF1 ("we", "our", or "us") operates the ApexF1 application at apexf1.app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using ApexF1, you agree to the practices described here.

We do not collect payment information, location data, device identifiers, or any sensitive personal information. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively to operate ApexF1:

  • To communicate with you about your account if necessary

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising purposes. We do not share your data with third parties except as described below.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides encrypted storage and authentication services. Supabase is SOC 2 compliant and stores data on infrastructure provided by AWS. You can review Supabase's privacy practices at supabase.com/privacy.

We implement reasonable technical safeguards to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
