By accessing or using ApexF1 at apexf1.app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

ApexF1 is a Formula 1 race guide and prediction tracking application. It provides circuit data, AI-generated race predictions, and tools for users to submit and score their own race predictions. The Service is provided free of charge.

ApexF1 is an independent fan application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Formula 1, Formula One Management (FOM), the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA), or any Formula 1 team or driver.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access to your account
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, are being used inappropriately.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service using automated means
• Submit false, misleading, or abusive content
• Impersonate any person or entity

Prediction scoring is automated based on official Formula 1 race results. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that scores will always reflect the final official result. Scoring rules may be updated between seasons.

AI-generated predictions are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute advice of any kind and should not be relied upon for any purpose outside of the app.

ApexF1 is not a gambling application. No real money is wagered or won through the Service.

All content, design, code, and data within ApexF1 — except where attributed to third parties — is the property of ApexF1 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

Formula 1, F1, and related marks are trademarks of Formula One Licensing BV. Their use within ApexF1 is purely descriptive and does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

ApexF1 uses publicly available race data from third-party sources including OpenF1 and Jolpica. We make reasonable efforts to ensure data accuracy but cannot guarantee that all data is complete, current, or error-free. Race results, standings, and statistics displayed in the app may not always reflect the final official record.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ApexF1 and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Since the Service is currently free, this amount is zero.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
